"Brividi" (Italian pronunciation: [ˈbriːvidi]; transl. "Shivers") is a song by Italian singers Mahmood and Blanco.[1] It was released by Island Records and Universal Music on 2 February 2022 as Mahmood and Blanco's entry for the Sanremo Music Festival 2022, the 72nd edition of Italy's musical festival which doubles as a selection of the Italian entry for the Eurovision Song Contest. It ultimately won the competition, and will thus represent host country Italy at the contest in Turin.[2][3][4]
"Brividi" broke the record for the most streams in one day on Spotify in Italy.[5] It topped the Italian and the Swiss official singles charts. It reached the top ten in San Marino, Lithuania, Israel and charted in four other territories, and has since been certified quadruple platinum in Italy.
