Second Hogan turned face at WrestleMania X8 after losing to The Rock and was expelled from the group. This led them to bring in former member X-Pac (Heel)

Fourth Ric Flair became an associate after turning heel and attacking Stone Cold Steve Austin with a chair after a tag match against nWo. Hall was kicked out of the group by Flair and was released from his WWE contract in real life. Flair frequently appeared alongside Big Show using him against Austin in their feud. (Heel)

Fifth Ric Flair quietly left the group after recruiting Booker T (Heel)

Sixth Shawn Michaels gave Booker T a super kick, removing Booker from the group. Soon after, Kevin Nash suffered a legit quadriceps tear, putting him out of action.
